Affiliate Disclosure

ItemsToFlip may participate in the eBay Partner Network. When you click on eBay listing links, we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the accuracy of our data or recommendations.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding eBay data), is owned by ItemsToFlip and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. eBay listings and data are property of eBay Inc. and respective sellers.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

• Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance

• Limit access during high traffic periods
• Experience downtime due to eBay API limitations or outages

Limitation of Liability
